Our Steaks

From our New York Strip to our famous Lamb Chops, every one of our cuts is the highest grade and quality available. Our cattle program is 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Beef, which is hormone-free and antibiotic-free. Our Wagyu cattle program is sourced domestically from Snake River Farms, and from specific prefecture regions in Japan for A5 steaks. Additionally, the rest of our steaks are sourced from Creekstone Ranch farms and wet-aged between 30 to 60 days.

Salmon: At J-Prime, we offer Ora King Salmon, flown across the world from New Zealand’s shore.
Tuna: Hawaiian Premium Sashimi Great Tuna is delivered from the boat to our doors in 2 days, making its way to your plate as fresh as can be.
