Our Menu
At J-Prime, we take the best options from a modern steakhouse and combine them with our chef’s innovative recipes to create an unforgettable dining experience serving only the highest quality premium cuts. In terms of our specialty creations, we only source the best ingredients: from Japanese A5 steaks to our Alaskan King Crab. Our steaks, including our Akaushi ribeye and New York strip options are offered with marbling, and they are guaranteed to be prime plus.
Holidays
We offer a special pre-fixed menu for holidays. Our doors open early at 3:00 p.m. on our holiday schedule. Applicable holidays include Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
