Our Steaks

From our New York Strip to our Filet Mignon, every one of our cuts is the highest grade and quality available. Our cattle program is 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Beef, which is hormone-free and antibiotic-free. Additionally, the rest of our steaks are sourced from Creekstone Farms and wet-aged between 30 to 60 days.

Our seafood is sourced from around the world, arriving at our doorstep within two days of being caught.

Chilean Sea Bass: Wild-caught every time, every fillet is cut in-house, daily.
Salmon: We offer Ora King Salmon, flown across the world from New Zealand’s shore.
Tuna: Hawaiian Premium Sashimi Great Tuna is delivered from the boat to our doors in 2 days, making its way to your plate as fresh as can be.

Oysters: Sourced from Maine and Canada, our oysters are the optimal combination between smooth and juicy.
Lobster: Prince Edward Island caught (PEI), grown to the best possible quality.
Shrimp:,Our shrimp is U10 wild-caught Texan gold shrimp, locally caught in Texas. Supporting local and ensuring quality and tenderness.
King Crab: JP Alaskan King Crab is flown from Alaska to our door. Massive in both size and taste
