Please join us Tuesday, May 19th at 6:30 PM, for our highly anticipated, five-course Vega De Yuso Wine Dinner. Special guest, winemaker Ruben Iglesias will be in attendance. Chef Brooks has prepared a custom, five-course dinner menu, paired with five Spanish Tempranillo wines from Vega de Yuso.

The Vega de Yuso warehouse is small and has the best technical means for an ideal production of wine, with temperature control to regulate the fermentation temperature of the wines. The ripening of Vega de Yuso wines takes place in an air-conditioned room, regulating humidity conditions year-round, until the wine reaches its optimum moment.
